Our History

 Thanachart Plus Company Limited was established in 2021 with a registered capital of THB 250 million. It is a subsidiary of Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited or TCAP, Thailand’s leading Diversified Investment Holding Company and a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited currently owns 100% of the shares of Thanachart Plus Company Limited.
 Thanachart Plus Company Limited operates an Asset-based Financing business which offers both short-term and medium-term loans to increase the liquidity of the customer's business by providing comprehensive consulting and financial services with the expertise in financial business of Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited, the parent companies of Thailand’s leading financial business companies such as Thanachart Insurance Public Company Limited, Thanachart Securities Public Company Limited, Ratchthani Leasing Public Company Limited, and MBK Life Assurance Public Company Limited. Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited is also one of the major shareholders of TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited.
